THE STORY

This story started in 2003 and there are no signs as to when it's going to end if it will ever end. 2003 the entire world was still boiling after 911 and many bigots took advantage of the opportunity to flex their patriotism on the expense of the Muslims. Many groups including federl and state government agencies engaged in terrorizing innocent Muslims, settling historical scores and climbing on their backs. My story was with the patriotic group of White Christian Evalngilcal Supremacist Crusaders.

"The Knights Templar Presiding" was one of many names I could give to my story, but I thought this name will include all the crimes that were committed Under Color of Law against my children and myself. I know the Knights Templar was a Catholic military order, but my use for this title to my story is the conduct similarities of all evangelicals and missionaries under an umbrella of very powerful organizations and/or governments.

The list of names is so long and all names are related to a group of White Christian Evalngilcal Supremacist Crusaders who acted Under Color of Law such as Christian Organized Crimes, The Intentional Ruin of Muslim Family, Affinity Fraud, Defrauding State and Federal Governments, The American Nightmare, Con Artist, Human Trafficking, Involuntary Servitude, Kidnap, Hostage Taking, Extortion, Aiding and Abetting, Conspiracy, Intentional Inflection of Emotional Distress, Christian Proselytizing, Anxiety, Grief, etc.

All such crimes were committed Under Color of Law against my children and myself solely because we are Muslims. 26 years Government Expert Witness and High Profile Cases Government Private Contracor Dr. Howard Grotsky verbally expressed his believe to me that such judicial conduct was only because "you are Muslims."

This case has nothing to do with Constitutional Violations of Civil Rights, Equal Protection of the Law, Due Process Violations, Abuse of Discretion, Error in Judgment, Shock the Conscience Doctrine or any of the rest of legal terms.

This case is all about a Kangaroo Court by a group of White Christian Evalngilcal Supremacist Crusaders cowards who cowardly acted Under Color of Law along with private professionals and citizens and jumped on the opportunity to revenge and ruin the life of a Muslim man and his children for the pure fact their hatred for Muslims.

A very important fact to consider. I am probably the only non-American in the history of America who married an American citizen for 9 years, had 3 children together, was the only breadwinner outside and the caregiver inside, but his citizen spouse was so adamant not to allow him to obtain any legal status to keep me under threat and fear of the authority, submissive, under human trafficking and enslavement conditions.

I was not born in the US nor was I naturalized citizen so I am not a 14^th Amendment citizen and not subject to the jurisdiction without my express consent.

Plan "A" is to use religious and sexual affinity to mislead someone to total submission, involuntary servitude and human trafficking;

or

Plan "B" is to face an army of private and under color of law White Christian Evalngilcal Supremacist Crusaders and associates.

It started with a contract (with arbitration) produced by a con artist fraudster human trafficker coquette with the full intent not to honor it and to deceive, exploit and to hold the victims under involuntary servitude and human trafficking to secure a steady flow of financial support.
Such person has thourgholy searched and studied specifically the Muslims and their charectar, behavior, manners and practices.
Such con artist used affinity religious language and their vagina as lures to persuade me that they were the right person I have ever dreamed of.
They concluded with Plan "A" and Plan "B" where "A" is to pretend to be Muslim and "B" to pretend to be white Chrisitan in the Bible Belt in the south to get all the bigots' help of the White Christian Supremacist Crusadersز
White Christian Evangelical Supremacist Crusaders deeply and dearly hate Muslims more than they love Jesus and this fact is not a secret.
Obstruction of justice, due process, equal protection of the law
This is not a case of abuse of discretion by public officials. It is not a case of "Shock the Conscience;" it is not a case it is a case of an under color of law Organized Crime Kangaroo Court of a rogue White Christian Evangelical Supremacist Crusaders who have the Judiciary, public officials and all related government departments working for them.
It is a case of under color of law hostage taking of my children and inflicting all kind of spiritual, psychological, emotional and physical pain and harm on them to coerce me to comply with their demands after it was clear to them I don't back down and refused their threats and intimidation.
It is a case of human trafficking, affinity fraud, defrauding the government, conspiracy, extortion, kidnap, fraud, hostage taking to perform, aiding and abetting, etc.
This case is probably the most extensive in audio, video and document evidence case and it does not suffer lack of supporting materials, laws and constitution, but it suffers lack of justice.

It was very hard to write my story due to the brutality, ruthlessness, damages and harm I experienced from such people. The anxiety, anguish and grief were very severe so much so it made it very sad and painful to be able to go through the audios, videos, papers, court records and memories.
