Plan "B" 2013-Now

White Evangelical Christian Supremacist Kangaroo Court

  1. This is the stage where the scums of the Wilmington society jumped on the opportunity and took advantage of a Muslim father’s vulnerability in a city notorious of its hate crimes against race and religion.

  2. When Jasmine’s first attorney, Christine M. Sprow, assured her that she had drafted and signed an agreement and she has to abide by it according to the law, the attorney was not able to convince her so she decided to withdraw from representing Jasmine.

  3. Jasmine started to claim she is Christian to get help and support of her White Evangelical Christian Supremacist boss who managed to bring an army of very powerful group of different professionals who are also White Evangelical Christian Supremacists with long arm reaching to almost all government departments including a special relationship with the top judges in the courthouse.

  4. The mastermind and coordinator of all the crimes was private attorney L. Bryan Smith a hard core White Evangelical Christian Supremacist that I have a strong evidence he is either a Christian Missionary Crusader specialized in proselytizing Muslims or supports activities against Muslims. He once used, in the courtroom, some terminology that is only used by Christian Missionaries and Islamophobes.

  5. Public officials, Judges, DAs, school officials and social services used their public office to conspire, aid and abet a group of White Evangelical Christian Supremacist committing crimes against my children and myself.

  6. White Evangelical Christian Supremacist Private professionals also used their expertise and fraudulently fabricated reports, evaluations, affidavits and testimonies.

  7. Public officials and private professionals conspired to deprive me of protecting my contractual, constitutional and civil rights and used violence, Jail, intimidation, retaliation and harassment.

  8. Extortion was also committed in more than one scenario by threats, intimidation and jail time.

  9. Crimes such as perjury and coaching witness on the stand were committed, encouraged and protected by the judge during the hearing inside the courtroom.

  10. Denying my submission of sworn deposition was objected and not allowed.

  11. Wholesale dismissing of every single filing of my filings without hearing and/or adjudicating.

  12. Holding a hearing and adjudicating every single filing the Supremacists filed and were granted and enforced.

  13. The two Kangaroo Court judges who presided over the case were doing all the arguing and granted everything the Supremacists asked for.

  14. The Kangaroo Court refused to hold any hearings on the contract and just dismissed it as not recognized by North Carolina while there are federal and state laws and case laws protecting such domestic contracts and agreements or all sorts including domestic disputes arbitration agreements.

  15. I was required to answer and submit interrogatories to all details of my life.

  16. I was threatened with jail if I do not answer the interrogatories submitted to me and was not allowed to compel interrogatories for Jasmine.

  17. The strong ties, relationship and connection between the court and the Supremacists, influenced the juvenile court DA to drop and not investigate a sexual assault against my son happened to him in school by another student which I was the one who demanded it to be reported by law enforcement.

  18. The main court’s DA heard audio recording evidence of physical assaults confession by Jasmine on me and agreed it is clear that a domestic violence assult was committed and he was going bring her to court, but he changed his mind after the

Supremacist judge and her Supremacist attorney found out.

  19. Some hearings took place and I only received a hearing notice days after the hearing.

  20. To get me to go to court for a matter I didn’t consent to, they printed official court issued calendars, but they actually conspired to discuss other matters.

  21. They scheduled hearings on MLK holiday on one ocastion and also on other ocasion went to court with relatives who drove from hours away to find out the judge was on vacation.
