THE STORY

Plan "A" 2003-2013

THE UGLIEST PERIOD FOR MUSLIMS IN THE AMERICAN HISTORY

"A" THE MEETING

  1. Jasmine B. Cooper is a vile, miserable, depraved, lonely con artist, oppurtunist and preditor coward.

  2. Jasmine is immoral, ruthless, unprincipled and unethical who could not keep a job, shelter, relationships, or even education.

  3. Jasmine is a hollow only silhouette of human without a soul or a heart and it was very noticeable it was very important for her to be seen as a gentle, classy, civilized, happy and well mannered beautiful Muslim lady.

  4. June, 2003 was less than two years after 9/11 and was still under the influence of 9/11 for Muslims in the United States and they were the target of government politics and sick minded patriot citizens.

  5. Jasmine was born to hippy parents until she was two years old, her mother ran away with her with another man who already had children to become a famous Rock singer.

  6. Her mother left her behind after having two more daughters from the new person and ran away with another man and left all three daughters behind.

  7. Jasmine lived a very bad life with her stepfather (and his children including her two younger sisters) who was molesting them and they were doing drugs and smoking cigarettes at a very young age.

  8. Jasmine's own confession that she was smoking cigarettes and doing drugs at the age of 12.

  9. Jasmine was a run away child on many occasions.

  10. Jasmine never lived a Christian life nor did she believe in it at any time throughout her life and always held the belief that Christianity is for stupid people who lacked intelligence and had no common sense.

  11. Around the age of 21, Jasmine became Rastafarian and the only thing she did was smoking weed, listening to reggae and party.

  12. Jasmine did not have her high school diploma nor did she obtain a GED and she had no plans for study or advance herself.

  13. Jasmine knew a fair number of Muslim people who owned businesses and their families are living a very comfortable lives, she was “I was fascinated by Muslim women are cared for, did not have to work at all, live in good homes in good neighborhoods and driving good cars.”

  14. Jasmine decided to become a Muslim claiming she found it to be the only life she wants to live and cannot imagine herself not to live it to the max.

  15. Her and I did not know each other before and during the time she became Muslim. Actually I lived in Michigan and she lived in North Carolina and the only time we knew about each other when I met her during my visit to my sister, but she was already a practicing Muslim in full swing, at least what she showed.

  16. Sometime in June, 2003, I drove from Michigan to North Carolina to visit my sister Rola and I met Jasmine there.

  17. We spent long hours talking on a span of 5 days and there was a spark of interest between us, this is what she held herself out to be and persuaded me to believe.

  18. Jasmine expressed her extreme happiness being Muslim and she was so excited and emotional for finding Islam after living many years "misguided and in the dark."

  19. She further hinted a lot she cannot wait to start her Muslim family and her plans to be the best loving, most caring and upright wife and mother for many children.

  20. She wanted to live her life strictly Muslim and raise her children only on Islam and “my children will never go to public schools because I went to public schools and public schools is about drugs, indecency, violence and gangs.”

  21. She even expressed her wish to live in the Detroit area because she heard the Muslim community is so huge there so she can live and raise our children in such environment.

  22. She even went further to explicitly claim that her dream is to leave the US and live in the Middle East like Egypt so she can learn more about Islam, the Arabic language and our children can grow up speaking the language.

  23. She put many efforts to attract me and persuade me that she is the perfect match wife.

  24. I was single just focusing on work and living a calm peaceful life and I was not looking for marriage until I met her and swallowed the bait.

THE PROPOSAL

  1. I proposed 5 days later, gave her my phone number and I asked her to think and pray for guidance then inform me.

  2. I drove back to Michigan the next day then she contacted me a day later.

  3. We talked about every day and the more we talked the more she insisted she was confident and extremely happy she found me and accepted my proposal.

  4. We did not leave a detail we did not speak about where she was well informed and ahead of me on all fronts.

  5. I made it clear that I extremely love children and seven children are the minimum, where to my surprise she wanted to have even more.

  6. I also made it clear that we will have to visit my family and the Middle East every summer or whenever the situation premits it so the children can keep connection with their relatives, language and religion where she surprised me that she does not want to live in the US altogether.

  7. Jasmine hated her hardcore Christian maternal family, but she had special and so much hate for her mother for destroying her and her sisters’ lives and leaving them behind with an ex who was molesting her including his own daughters especially when they took showers.

  8. When I met Jasmine, her mother was on her fourth husband.

  9. Her mother was very angry when she found out that Jasmine become Muslim and lost her mind.

  10. Her mother who did not believe in anything but herself started taking her to church with the rest of the maternal family to meet the pastor to convince her to become Christian although not Jasmine nor her mother every believed in Christianity.

  11. She also brought to her many materials from Islamophobic sources to show her how evil and violent Islam is.

  12. Jasmine cried on the phone a few times whenever she spoke about her mother “I would hate to be like my mother.”

  13. Jasmine was working part time delivering Pizza Hut where her brother in law was the manager.

  14. We both agreed on all the details and decided to make it happen.

THE MARRIAGE AND HOMELAND SECURITY

  1. After approximately a week of talking and discussion of the details, we both found out that our minds meet on almost every single detail.

  2. It was evident that Jasmine knew what she was talking about like someone who grew up in Islam and the culture although she was an American recent comer to Islam.

  3. She knew how to present herself and made it so believable that this what she really was, but it was not.

  4. The big day was set for Friday July 18, 2003 at 8 pm in the Islamic Association of Raleigh in Raleigh, NC.

  5. She informed me that we have to meet her mother, for the first time, in a public park at 5pm before we go to the Islamic center since her mother and I never met.

  6. Since her mother was violent with Jasmine when she became Muslim, I did not have a good feeling about meeting her mother and my sister was against it as well fear of violence or an attempt of murder.

  7. I tried to be positive about it since it was going to be in a public park, I convinced my sister, and we left to the park.

  8. We found out just a few minutes after leaving my sister’s house that it was a setup with Homeland Security.

  9. Her mother contacted Homeland Security and told them “there is a Muslim man coming from Michigan to Cary, NC and he is up to commit a terrorist acts.”

  10. I was surrounded by over 11 different sizes of undercover city and federal vehicles officers then detained me and dropped me in Johnston County Jail until Monday.

  11. They picked me up from jail to Homeland Security office in Cary, fingerprinted me, took personal details about me, interrogated me then took me back to jail.

  12. My sister hired an attorney also on the same Monday to find what is going on.

  13. I was cleared of the false accusations of planning to do terrorism the next Friday, but I was found to be in immigration violation and must be deported.

  14. I was detained by Homeland Security for 11 months and they were trying to deport me to Saudi Arabia, Egypt or Israel, but all attempts failed and all three countries rejected me since I was born and raised in Saudi Arabia to Palestinian parents and I am a Palestinian refugee with Egyptian Document for Palestinian Refugees.

  15. I could not find an answer since Jasmine just found out that I do not have legal papers and I was in immigration violation, but why did she insist on me and why insisted that we marry even while I was detained?

  16. Although there was a big number of single Moroccan single men whom Jasmine can find to marry, but she insisted on me where I found out later from my sister that Jasmine was explicit “I will not marry a Moroccan or an American so they will not force me to get a job.”

  17. Jasmine was aggressive and insisting that we must get married as soon as possible to help me with my release from detention by filing immigration benefits for me.

  18. After arrangement with an Imam, my representative and two witnesses, Jasmine drove approximately 180 miles from Raleigh, NC to Charlotte, NC to the Islamic Center and we got married then she visited me in jail as my wife.

  19. When Jasmine refused to wait until I was released or deported to get married, I clarified it to her that we will only have Islamic marriage not to do the state marriage until I am released, but she went ahead and she did both without my knowledge of the State marriage until I was released.

  20. I filed my Habeas Corpus challenging the unconstitutional prolonged detention right after the completion of six months until the government decided to release me June 14, 2004 since they failed to deport me.

  21. I have received many beautiful and promising letters from Jasmine while I was detained with many promises convincing me of her dedication and determination to be the best wife and mother.

  22. The litters were repeating and emphasising the plans we talked about during the proposal stage and Jasmine went further to include sexual and intimate plans in descriptive deails so much so like reading a script of rated R act or movie.

  23. Jasmine switched 4 jobs and started the 5th before my release from detention.

  24. Jasmine could not keep the apartment she was living in then she had to move to an abandoned house without utilities where she had to burn books in the fireplace to keep warm and boil water to shower then she moved to my sister Rola's house since Rola traveled overseas with her children.

  25. Jasmine was writing some Arabic phrases on the letters to show me how much she was learning because my sister was teaching her Arabic.

  26. I was released on June 14, 2004 in Atlanta, GA and I took the bus to Cary, NC to my sister’s, Rola, house, but my sister and her sons were visiting Saudi Arabia and only Jasmine and my other sister, Randa, were home.

FAMILY LIFE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Jasmine was so keen to become pregnant and to have so many children fast.

  2. She became pregnant 2 weeks later and my worry of finding a job increased dramatically.

  3. No one was hiring me because of the lack of the work authorization, valid driver's license and because of the 11 months detention.

  4. Jasmine quit working after my release and my former coworkers collected a big sum of money and sent to me to help me get on my feet.

  5. It is true that someone gave me a rent-free apartment until I start working and making money, but being a family and a child on the way was very stressful.

  6. The timeframe for work authorizations is within 90 days from receiving the application, but mine took approximately 7 agonizing months to be issued.

  7. I worked very part time that sometimes a full week or even two weeks passed by without finding any work.

  8. Even after receiving my work authorization, it was very hard time to actually be called for job interviews even with an experienced CDL-A Over the Road Truck driver.

  9. A few companies interviewed me and started my orientation, but they terminated me towards the end of orientation because they could not understand and make sense of the issue surrounding my detention.

  10. Companies could not understand the difference between jail for a crime and detention for administrative violation because they could not find it on my background check and they only knew about it when I disclosed it on my application.

  11. I was not able to lie on the application because everyone working for transportation much account for employment for the previous 10 years according to Homeland Security.

  12. Jasmine was not a participant in that struggle I was living and she was acting she was innocent and naïve that lacks comprehension of the situation of the detention and the work authorization issue since she is a citizen and never heard of such situation and never went through it herself or the people she dealt with in the past.

  13. Pregnancy did not slow Jasmine down or physically had any impact on her movement, but she was not up to the housework and 8pm continued to be her sleeping time since before we even meet.

  14. She claimed that she was vegan for a long time and she does not know how to cook dishes with meet so that’s why she kept expecting and asking for my teaching her cooking in addition to looking for jobs for long hours almost daily.

  15. I even volunteered to do repairs and maintenance to the apartments that needed attention to at least make up for living rent free in the complex and I did many repairs, painting, cleaning, carpentry and sometimes pluming although I was not the best in craft and was slow, but I managed to do acceptable job.

  16. We stayed in Georgia from about August 2004 to about the beginning of January 2005 then we moved to Raleigh, NC because someone was starting a restaurant and wanted me to work on cleaning it up, arranging equipments and repairing some damages.

  17. We moved into an apartment a young lady, Jasmine’s friend, was living in, but she could not keep up with the lease.

  18. The plan to open the restaurant also failed after disagreements between the property owner and the restaurant owner.

  19. I had to apply for more jobs and one of the companies I applied for was Lowe’s Home Improvement.

  20. I received a phone call on February 13, 2005 at 3pm from Lowe’s Home Improvement Human Resources the same day my first son Muhammad who was born 5:30 in the morning.

  21. A couple of days later Jasmine and my son Muhammad were discharged from the hospital all fine, but my son head Jaundice so we had to come back the next day for blood test for his Jaundice.

  22. A Bilirubin Blanket was ordered for him and Jasmine used to keep him on it in his crib in our bedroom since there was only one room in the whole place.

  23. His Jaundice was high and lasted for around over a week so I had to take him for his blood test every day.

  24. I went alone with him most of the visits, but Jasmine went a couple of times after convincing her because she was claiming she had to clean the house when it did not need any cleaning.

*** The following video was shot by Jasmine during a gathering with her peternal grandparents who came for vacation in Raleigh, NC from Florida. There was also her peternal aunt and her husband. My children and I were not there and were not even allowed to be there. Notice when she says "if it is more than this." She ment if it is more than that particular calm quite sitting with her grandparents and aunt.

  • The children were always the source of her unhappiness despite my attempts to help her accept them and stop her abuse and neglect to them.
  • She was physically aggressive and hurtful to their small bodies when she grabs them, dress them or even comb their hair because she does not want to do anything for them.
